- Wait 20-30 seconds for the liner to set
SMOKED OUT WINGED LINER
- Apply the pencil to the entire upper eyelid
- Blend with a brush or a finger
- Add another layer along the base of the eye for more opacity
SMOKY EYES
- Apply the pencil to the entire eyelid
- Blend the pencil with a brush, moving from the inner to the outer corner of the eye
- Add a layer of eyeshadow on top for an extra smoky effect

Draw a line along the lash line and extend a wing out to the desired shape.
For a smoky eye apply the pencil to the waterline and the entire eyelid, blend out with a brush. Add darker shadow along the base and the outer corner of the eye. Finish off with mascara.

Color is cool, but the twist doesn't work...
I'm pretty bummed with this eye pencil. The color is fab and the ads are awesome. I didn't realize it would take awhile to arrive (I live in the UK). All was good once it arrived but once I needed to twist the bottom to get more color, it didn't work. I resorted to an exacto knife to sharpen it as I don't have a pencil sharpener and that was a mini disaster. I mumbled to myself that I can't believe I spent this much on an eye pencil. I've been looking for small perks in this past year and this one was a disappointment.
